Campus Ministry Position. St. Joseph University Parish, which serves the campuses of Indiana State University and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, has a position open for a Pastoral Associate for Campus Ministry (Campus Minister). The Campus Minister is responsible for programming student activities, events, retreats, alternative breaks, and outreach, incorporating non-student parishioner participation whenever appropriate. This full-time position requires a person who has had a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in campus ministry, with a Master’s degree and certification by the Catholic Campus Ministry Association being preferred. Candidates applying for this position will be expected to show proficiency in working in a team-oriented environment and creativity in marshalling the diverse resources of a parish community to aid in the campus ministry effort. Diocesan Director for Youth Ministry – The Diocese of Raleigh, NC, a growing, vibrant diocese, is seeking highly motivated candidates for the position of Director for Youth Ministry.
Responsibilities include assisting parishes by developing, coordinating and administering an innovative, effective, and comprehensive youth ministry program for both junior and senior-high youth. The Director also provides leadership to and supervision of parish youth ministers and volunteers involved in this ministry. Additional duties include designing Catholic content for youth retreats, workshops, and conferences. The Diocesan Youth Director works in collaboration with the diocesan Department for Catholic Formation and Evangelization and relates to the diocesan offices for Vocations, African Ancestry Ministry, Hispanic Ministry, and Peace and Justice.
