Carol M. Holden, D.Min., is presently a pastoral Associate at St. Alphonsus Liguori Parish in Prospect Heights concentrating on adult formation.  She received her Doctor of Ministry degree from St. Mary of the Lake University in Mundelein, Illinois, and her Master of Arts Degree in Theology from Loyola University, Chicago.  She is co-author of two books:  Leadership in a Successful Parish, and Recreating the Parish, Reproducible Resources for Pastoral Ministers.  Her articles appear in Chicago Studies and Today’s Parish.  Dr. Holden is an adjunct faculty member to two Pastoral Studies Institutes:  Loyola University New Orleans and Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois.  She teaches graduate courses on pastoral planning, leadership development, and the management of ministry.
