Facilities

The Loyola Institute for Ministry is located in Stallings Hall on the main campus of Loyola University New Orleans at 6363 St. Charles Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70118. All faculty and staff offices are in this location, including the main administrative office in room 201.

Meeting Space and Resources for Learning Groups

At Loyola Institute for Ministry Extension Program sites, the local sponsoring agency liaison arranges for a safe and proper meeting space appropriate to the adult learner and conducive to facilitating the learning model. Facilitators provide Loyola with the exact location of classes for each course when they complete the class schedule form. The liaison, working with the facilitators, makes sure that every learning group has the necessary DVD, speaker phone equipment, and other materials for use at the times of each session. A room with Internet and computer access is helpful.

Extension students have access to a local professioanl library maintained by their sponsoring agency and can ask their facilitator for details about it. Extension students also have access to the same materials and services that on-campus students enjoy through the Monroe Library's Distance Library Services (DLS).
